Alcoholic beverages can only be purchased by those over 18. By placing an order on this site you are confirming that you are over 18, and we reserve the right not to deliver to anybody who appears to be under that age. Goods must be signed for by an adult upon delivery.
We reserve the right not to accept any order or to cancel and refund an order at any time.

All products are offered subject to availability. Stock levels stated on the website are indicative and it is possible that products ordered may go out of stock between placing an order and it being prepared for delivery.
Where a product is unavailable we may offer a replacement (of the same or greater value) at no extra cost, or make alternative arrangements agreeable to you. As a last resort we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund.
We cannot guarantee the availability of specific vintages.
Photographs are for illustrative purposes only and are not vintage-specific. They do not guarantee the condition or appearance of any product. Packaging changes occur frequently and photographs are not always updated. If an image of a particular product is unavailable we may use an image of a similar product.

All of our prices include VAT.
While we make every effort to ensure that prices on our website are correct, the occasional error may creep in. If an error becomes apparent after you have placed your order, we will either contact you and offer to complete the order at the correct price or cancel your order. We will not be obliged to fulfill your order at the incorrect price.
We reserve the right to alter prices at any time and to end promotions at any time.

We aim to deliver your order within 7 working days. If your order is going to take longer to process we will contact you to let you know.
We can only accept online orders for delivery on the UK mainland. If you require delivery to other parts of the UK or internationally please call us for a quote. Our minimum order for international delivery is £1000. Due to the logistical difficulties and security issues associated with international delivery we reserve the right to refuse any international order.
Delivery is charged at £9.95 for all orders under £200. For orders over £200 delivery is free.
If the delivery address is within our catchment area of central and west London we will deliver it ourselves and contact you to arrange a convenient time. If the delivery address is outside that area we will use a courier to make the delivery. They will attempt to deliver twice before returning the goods to their local depot. It is then up to you to arrange redelivery with them. If you fail to do so the goods will be returned to us and we may have to charge you for organising a fresh delivery.
Products may not be delivered in their original packaging. We will usually repack wines more securely, especially for deliveries outside London.

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund, less any delivery charges, up to seven days after delivery. The refund will be given to you as soon as the goods are returned to us in a saleable condition. You will be liable for all transport and delivery costs.
In the event of a wine being corked or otherwise faulty we will offer a full refund once the wine is returned to us for testing. We will not give a refund in the event that a wine has been open too long or improperly stored.
Please check your delivery carefully before signing for it. We use couriers that only sort by hand and pack our wine securely but breakages do occur. Please report any breakages immediately by calling 020 7371 21 21 and we will either arrange for a replacement to be sent to you, or (in the event that a particular product is no longer available) issue a refund.
