We have long known that Roberson is the best place to buy wine in London, and now we’re online we think it’s the best place to buy wine in the world.

You can order any quantity of wines, spirits or tasting tickets from us directly through this site. We have no minimum order.

PRICING & DELIVERY

All prices include VAT but not delivery. This is charged at £9.95 for orders of wine or spirits under £200, but is free on similar orders over £200 or for orders of tasting tickets only.

Once your order is placed we will send you an e-mail confirming that we have received it. We will then double-check stock availability and if all is well we will attempt to deliver to you within 7 working days (although normally we would expect to do so much sooner it’s better to be on the safe side). If you need a delivery urgently, let us know and we will do our best to oblige.

If the original packaging is strong enough for transportation we will send out your order as it comes. More often than not, however, we will repackage it more securely. Although we use strong packaging and careful couriers who sort by hand, breakages do occasionally occur. Please check your order upon delivery and report any breakages immediately by calling 020 7371 21 21. We will send you out a replacement or give you a refund if no more stock is available.

We deliver anywhere on the UK mainland, but if you need something shipped anywhere else in the world, call us on 020 7371 2121 and we’ll put a quote together for you (our minimum order for international delivery is £1000).

DISCOUNTS AND SPECIAL OFFERS

We always have special offers on single bottles which change regularly (so check back often) but we also offer special prices on unsplit cases which are exclusive to the website. These represent tremendous savings of up to 30% off the retail price and are outstanding value. Look out for the special discount option on selected products to take advantage of these great offers.

IF SOMETHING GOES WRON...

Occasionally a product may go out of stock unexpectedly or there may be an error in the stock levels indicated on the site. If this happens we will call you as soon as possible and offer an appropriate replacement or a refund.

Occasionally a product may be priced incorrectly. If this happens we will contact you and notify you of the change. You can then choose either to carry on with the order anyway or cancel and receive a full refund.
